Just in case there was any doubt remaining that Republicans (and some Democrats) are nothing but corporate whores who care nothing for the "little guy" . . .
If Congress actually represented real people anymore, they would be doing the opposite of what they're doing. What they SHOULD do is place caps on the interest rates that credit card companies can charge. I mean, christ, the best we can do is Mark Dayton's feeble amendment to limit interest to 30%?? And that only in the case of BANKRUPTCY???
Our "representatives" appear to all be either crooks or spineless worms.
